SAKURA SOLSTICE 6/19
Summer Solstice ritual w Kimiko
Description du service
A Summer Ritual of Storytelling, Tea & Movement from Japan Step into the light of the longest day and celebrate the passage of time with Sakura Flower Essences and wisdom from the land of the rising sun. Through ancient myth and modern ritual, we’ll honor the power of Amaterasu, the Shinto Sun Goddess who brings warmth, growth, and the return of light after darkness. Sakura (桜) means “cherry blossom” and is derived from saku (咲く), which means to bloom, or alternately to smile and laugh. Gather amongst friends and like-hearted souls to create a Solstice Hanami (花見), a flower party that is like a living poem of awe and reverence. Sakura’s ephemeral essence is a portal into presence—an invitation to stand in the brilliance of your cyclical nature and bloom your heart open. Together, we’ll drop into a mindful tea ceremony with treats, flower medicine, movement, and anecdotes from Kimiko’s recent 45-day pilgrimage through the nature shrines of Japan. ✨ This ceremonial gathering includes: Sakura Tea Ceremony and Sakura Flower Essences Tai Chi Tao practices to increase energy and grounding Mythic storytelling of Amaterasu Space for communal joy and connection 🌸 All are welcome. Please bring a journal and any item for the altar that symbolizes a reflection of your inner sun, Sakura teaches that beauty shines brightest when we realize its impermanence. Includes a travel-size Sakura Mystica keepsake flower essence.
