Marigold Matriarch is a sacred collaboration weaving sound activation, movement, cacao, and marigold medicine — an initiation into your sovereignty, self-expression, and radiant feminine strength. Through voice activation and guided movement, we’ll awaken the channels of self-expression that may have been silent for too long — learning to speak, sing, and sound from the truth of the body. Together, we’ll share in a cacao ceremony to open the heart and soften the edges, and receive the vibrational healing of marigold flower essences and marigolds hand-harvested from the land, calling in the solar warmth and resilience of this bright golden ally. You’ll be guided through a series of core activations — grounding your posture and power, remembering your natural alignment from soil to soul to sisters, we rise. The Medicinal Magic of Marigold + Cacao Marigold (Tagetes) carries the energy of protection, light, and sacred courage. It supports emotional warmth, joy, and resilience while helping to transmute heaviness into creative vitality. Marigold tea soothes digestion, eases inflammation, and uplifts the mood. Marigold flower essence strengthens personal boundaries, restores confidence, and helps you shine without fear of being seen. Cacao, known as the medicine of the heart, gently opens emotional pathways, increases circulation, and awakens presence.
