Service Description

Don’t you think life goes by quickly? Adding a monthly ritual helps to mark time and create space to intentionally move forward. Enter the enchanting realm of the new moon – a celestial invitation to slow down, reflect, and weave dreams of what lies ahead! Our 1.5-hour class begins with a cosmic snapshot, guiding us to set intentions for the next cycle. Through breathwork and gentle movements, we attune the body and spirit to the cosmic rhythm. Kundalini meditations elevate the journey, as mantras echo to clear the subconscious and manifest dreams. The experience extends into earthly healing with Halotherapy, followed by rest & integration. Dive deeper with tarot decks and gemstones, if that’s your vibe. Join this transformative dance, where intention, breath, and cosmic energies converge under the new moon's gentle glow. My bio: Corinne has been a yogi for more than 15 years. At first, it was the love of the movements, the slowing down of the mind that kept her on her mat. It was in the landscapes of British Columbia in 2018 that she completed her first teacher training, an intensive month-long immersion that laid the foundation for her yoga odyssey. Dedicated to continuous growth and learning, Corinne embarked on a yearly quest to deepen all facets of yoga. In 2019, she immersed herself in the flowing sequences of Vinyasa, weaving breath and movement harmoniously. The subsequent year saw her exploring the therapeutic dimensions of Yin and Restorative yoga, introducing a layer of introspection and balance to her practice. The year 2021 marked a pivotal moment in Corinne's journey as she delved into the ancient teachings of Kundalini yoga, unlocking new realms of spiritual awareness and vitality. In 2022, she explored Katonah yoga, intrigued by its holistic approach to alignment and form. As her journey unfolded, Corinne dedicated 2023 to studying nervous system dynamics and advanced breathing techniques, recognizing the profound impact of these practices on overall well-being. As a seasoned yoga instructor, Corinne brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for guiding others on their wellness journey. Her classes are a reflection of her diverse training, offering a blend of fluidity, mindfulness, and spiritual depth. Dates: Sunday April 7, May 5, June 2 Please Bring a YOGA MAT.
