Join Susan for 1 hour of restorative energy alignment. A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various modalities, including healing instruments such as Crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, drum and more. The music is a carefully selected wash of instrument that will help balance your energy. During a sound bath you will be guided by musical modalities that will allow the body and mind to release and let go, as you lie on your backs—sometimes referred to as Shavasana, or Corpse Pose, with the intention to create a state of harmony by using sound to clear discordance from your energy field. Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experience. 🧘 Benefits of a Sound Bath The 1-hour sound bath is designed to offer a range of benefits for your well-being: STRESS RELIEF: The resonating frequencies help calm the nervous system, alleviating stress and anxiety. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years (some exceptions may be permitted please call to discuss)
