🌙 cord cutting sound bath w aromatherapy ft. reiki & intuitive guidance join Mai for a gentle evening of deep rest and renewal. you’ll be guided through calming sound healing, reiki to help move stuck energy, and soothing aromatherapy to center your mind and body. together, we’ll focus on releasing old energetic cords and attachments that no longer serve you, creating space for healing and freedom. at the end, each person will receive a personal intuitive message to support their journey. no experience needed—just come as you are and let yourself receive. wear something cozy, bring an eye pillow or mask if you want (totally optional). mats, blankets, bolsters, will all be provided at the studio for extra comfort. or feel free to bring anything to make yourself comfortable. cord cutting | /kôrd ˈkətiŋ/ | noun the intentional practice of releasing energetic ties or attachments to people, patterns, or emotions that no longer support your well-being. Bio; Mai is a certified Reiki Level 2 practitioner and Sound Healer from Vancouver, with roots in Saigon, Vietnam. After working in corporate wellness at some of Canada’s top wellness companies, she traded hustle for play after a powerful personal transformation. Now, she creates soulful spaces for connection and healing with Reiki, intuitive guidance, and sound. Fun fact: Mai taught herself trumpet, was first chair in school, and is a cat mom of 3.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years There is a buzzer to the left of the front door for entry. After 6pm weekdays and on Sundays parking is free on Sherbrooke St. There is also 2 hour free parking on the East side of Prince Albert, pls check sign for exceptions. Feel free to bring an Eye Mask for classes such as Yin Yoga, meditation, Relaxation or Kundalini Codes Activation. The Studio has 12 mats for your use but it you prefer you can bring your own.
