She will use the power of Reiki so that you can dive into your heart center before guiding you to journaling your feelings and emotions so that you can ultimately stand in your power. You will have the support of sisterhood and accountability to move forward with Strength. Every second Friday returning to dive a little deeper into introspection and release. As you return for each class you will find more opportunity to work through what no longer serves you. You can also rent one of 6 PEMF mats that are filled with crystals and infrared heat for additional healing. Bring on the goodness of this alternative therapy. first come first served for the mat rental. Otherwise please bring your own mat. Be sure to select the appropriate booking with your own yoga mat $35 +tax or uplevel by adding the PEMF Mat (15$ +tax) to your cart prior to checkout. *Halotherapy will be included for 30 mins to open your lungs and breathe deeper and clearer. *A journal can be provided for this activity at a cost of 10$ or you can bring your own journal if you prefer. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years (some exceptions may be permitted please call to discuss)
