Sacred Silence ~ AWAKEN TO PRESENCE
A Transformational Journey
✨ A Deep Reset for Women and/or COuplEs ✨
June 26/27/28 @ Conserve Lac Brome! *please see desktop for Full images
Awaken to Presence, Inner Peace and Expansion
Between the trees and the stillness, something shifts. Sacred Silence is an invitation to pause, listen, and move from doing to being.
This retreat weaves quantum flow, sound healing, sacred ceremony, kundalini yoga, mantra, and breathwork into an immersive journey designed to reconnect you to your essence. Through nature, movement, and intentional silence, we create space for the mind to quiet and the body to speak — allowing what’s been held to move, and what’s ready to emerge to rise.
Each day invites a deeper dive into your own energy field and awareness — shifting stagnation into flow, thought into insight, and silence into expansion. As we take in the forest, the air, and the rhythm of the earth, we remember how to listen — not just to the world around us, but to the truth within.
This is a return — a recalibration for those ready to expand beyond old stories and align with the pulse of life itself.
Nadine & Susan will guide you on a multidimensional journey as you awaken to your highest potential, transform any aspect of your life and connect deeply to the light of your being!

NK, Avanza Retreat & Ancestral Medicine
Q: Who leads the Avanza Retreat? A: The retreat is led by Nadira Kaimova, transpersonal therapist and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy facilitator certified in Calgary, Canada. Nadira works at the intersection of ancestral wisdom and modern clinical science. She bridges sacred traditions with evidence informed therapeutic frameworks, creating a container that is spiritually grounded and psychologically safe. Her path is rooted in ancestral lineages and traditional ceremonial practices, including years of study, apprenticeship, and direct experience with wisdom keepers and indigenous traditions. She approaches this work with deep respect for lineage, reciprocity, and ethical responsibility. With extensive facilitation experience and therapeutic training, Nadira guides participants through profound inner processes with clarity, presence, and integrity. This bridge between tradition and clinical understanding ensures that transformation is not only powerful, but also integrated, safe, and sustainable. Q: Who holds and guides the retreat space? A: The Avanza Retreat is held by a dedicated team known as the Guardians of the Space. This collective brings together experienced facilitators, musicians, ancestral practitioners, therapists, and indigenous wisdom carriers who work in harmony to create a safe, intentional, and transformative environment. The leadership team includes specialists in ancestral healing, transpersonal therapy, psychedelic assisted support, sound healing, medicine music, meditation, and embodied practices. Each member carries their own lineage, training, and lived experience, contributing depth and integrity to the retreat container. Alongside the core team, more than ten additional collaborators join the experience, including healers, indigenous elders, indigenous women leaders, and traditional knowledge keepers. Their presence ensures that ancestral wisdom is shared with authenticity, reciprocity, and respect. Together, the Guardians of the Space hold participants with care, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and collective responsibility throughout the entire journey. Q: What is the Avanza Retreat? A: Avanza Retreats are transformational experiences rooted in ancestral wisdom and an integral approach that honors the whole human being body, mind, and spirit. Each retreat is intentionally designed to guide you toward the root causes of imbalance, stress, and emotional blockages rather than only addressing surface symptoms. Through carefully sequenced practices, sacred traditions, therapeutic processes, and embodied experiences, participants are supported in reconnecting with themselves in a grounded and meaningful way. Avanza Retreat offers a safe, professionally held container where deep inner work unfolds with clarity, structure, and care. The focus is lasting transformation, personal responsibility, and integration that continues beyond the retreat experience. Q: Where does the retreat take place? A: Gitana Del Mar. The retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether this is your first encounter with ancestral practices or you already have experience. We begin with thorough preparation, clear education, and intentional space setting so you feel informed, grounded, and supported before any ceremonial experience. During the retreat, facilitators are present to offer attentive care, emotional support, and professional guidance at all times. Your pace is respected. Your boundaries are honored. The full structure and specific elements will be shared during the preparation sessions before the retreat. Participation is always voluntary. Nothing is required or imposed. Each experience is an invitation, and you are guided to move at your own pace. The retreat is intentionally designed as a transformative sequence of tools, medicines, activities, and practices that unfold with care each day to support deep personal growth and integration. Q: What kind of accommodation and environment can I expect? A: Ceremonies and practices are offered with deep respect for tradition and guided by experienced facilitators. We honor the original lineages through reciprocity, ethical collaboration, and conscious integration of sacred practices in a safe and grounded way.
