In this fiery, untamed year, when life moves fast, and the spirit runs wild, The Taurus Moon calls us back to earth to dream in a field of flowers and allow the steadiness of nature’s growth to support our visions. Taurus, ruled by Venus, invites us to honour our bodies, senses, and the gifts we already carry with beauty. This is a time when we garden what has already begun to sprout with more patience, clarity, and soulful focus. Through somatic journey work, reflection, oracle cards, flower essences, and intuitive art, you’ll craft a Vision Journal—a living guide for the different chapters of your life. Designed to track your progress and offer a personalized keepsake to carry your dreams and build upon them over time. This journal will work like a spellbook, organizing and magnetizing your gifts, like a bee to a flower with delight and joy. With colorful crafts, creative insights, and community play, we’ll make a big bee hive party of visionary fun. All supplies included: journal, art materials, and nourishing snacks.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years -The Studio has 12 mats for your use but it you prefer you can bring your own. -Some classes have the option to Uplevel with a PEMF Mat rental for 15$+tx -There is a buzzer to the left of the front door for entry. -After 6pm weekdays and on Sundays parking is free on Sherbrooke St. -There is also 2 hour free parking on the East side of Prince Albert, pls check sign for exceptions. -Feel free to bring an Eye Mask for classes such as Yin Yoga, meditation, Relaxation or Kundalini Codes Activation. -Some classes include 30mins of Salt therapy during class.
