Are you curious about Crystals? want to enjoy the frequencies of a Sound bath and experience the magic of Crystal Lithotherapy, aka crystal healing? Vanessa and I will be collaborating on this magical evening. It's time to Reset and Recharge before the summer holidays are upon us, working with crystals during a sound healing session to champion Bravery and Honesty to shoot for the things your truly desire.. Followed by a Tarot oracle reading session to confirm the message that the universe has in store for you. Come and live a fun evening of energy, balance, and high vibrations. You can also rent one of 6 PEMF mats that are filled with crystals and infrared heat for additional healing. Bring on the goodness of this alternative therapy. first come first served for the mat rental. Otherwise please bring your own mat. Be sure to select the appropriate booking with your own yoga mat $44 +tax or uplevel and add the PEMF Mat for 15$ +tax About Vanessa Muri; she is a certified Reiki master, yoga teacher, crystal therapist and women's circle facilitator, she has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years Please bring a YOGA Mat to any class that requires one as the studio does not provide them. There is a buzzer to the left of the front door for entry. After 6pm weekdays and on Sundays parking is free on Sherbrooke St. There is also 2 hour free parking on the East side of Prince Albert, pls check sign for exceptions. Feel free to bring an Eye Mask for classes such as Yin Yoga, meditation, Relaxation or Kundalini Codes Activation.
