For one special evening, this remarkable rooftop at Palais des Congrès, a space typically reserved for Private events, opens to the public for a thoughtfully curated wellness experience. Together, we'll celebrate the abundance of summer through gentle movement, music and moments of quiet reflection. You'll be invited to reconnect with nature by contributing to a collective nature-inspired art installation, awaken your body through intuitive movement and free dancem enjoy a refreshing kombucha, seasonal nibbles and meaningful connection as the sun begins to set over the city. This is more than an evening out. It's an opportunity to step away from the pace of daily life, breathe deeply, move freely and experience one of Montreal's most beautiful hidden rooftop gardens in a way few people ever do. The experience includes: · A guided journey through our rooftop garden · An artisanal kombucha tasting paired with seasonal gourmet canapés · Two intimate wellness sessions Earth Alter Co-Creation — Guests mindfully gather natural elements from the garden to form a collective Earth altar and mandala, released at the close to honour presence, gratitude, and the beauty of impermanence. Intuitive Movement Meditation — A guided flow of mindful movement, breath, music, and stillness invites you to move freely. About Synapses Wellness Hub: Supporting Wellness Across Canada Synapses Wellness Hub is a Canadian hub dedicated to supporting and fostering the wellness community across Canada. Founded in 2025 by Dr. Shuaa Basalom — a clinical geneticist from Montreal and a mother of four — Synapses was created to support the wellness community in a positive, science-based, and holistic way. Dr. Basalom is a distinguished, double board-certified clinical geneticist. Having completed her residency and fellowship training at McGill University, followed by clinical practice at the University of Saskatchewan. Recognized as a pioneer in Quebec, she established the first genetics community clinic in Montreal. Her work focuses on translating complex genetic data into personalized wellness and prevention strategies.
