Interested in organizing a friend group of parents and teens, for a day dedicated to nurturing and deepening the bond between parents and teens (15+). call to schedule your retreat day from 10 am to 4 pm, either Saturday or Sunday based on availability, Step into a sanctuary of renewal where you'll embark on a guided exploration to strengthen the foundation of your relationship. Begin with our Path to Transformation workshop, designed to illuminate the path forward and empower both parents and teens to navigate the complexities of their dynamic. Through introspective exercises and meaningful discussions, you'll identify the steps needed to cultivate a more profound connection and bring out the best versions of yourselves. Following the workshop, indulge in a nourishing lunch where you can continue to bond over delicious food and shared experiences. Then, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing the gentle melodies to wash away any lingering tensions and anchor you in the present moment. With clarity of mind and open hearts, you'll then embark on a creative journey as you craft your vision board for the future. Set intentions, visualize aspirations, and manifest dreams together as you co-create a roadmap for the path ahead. Throughout the day, you'll find opportunities for reflection, dialogue, and growth, all within the supportive glow of the salt wall at Welmä Studio. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years There is a buzzer to the left of the front door for entry. After 6pm weekdays and on Sundays parking is free on Sherbrooke St. There is also 2 hour free parking on the East side of Prince Albert, pls check sign for exceptions. Please ask if a YOGA Mat is requires for your private session as the studio does not provide them.
