Service Description
A 3-hour ceremonial immersion for women in all seasons of life. Beauty was never meant to be something we chase. It is something we walk. Cacao & Rose Ceremony 🌹 We gather in a circle with ceremonial cacao and rose essences to invoke the spirit of these plant guardians to invite softness, truth, and embodied presence. Prayer · Movement · Body Honoring A guided movement journey to honor the body as it is—cyclical, wise, changing. Not a body to fix but a body to listen to. Walking the Beauty Way Inspired by the philosophy of living in harmony—with body, earth, and spirit—walking the Beauty Way is a commitment to reverence. It is an inner alignment rather than an outer performance. Releasing the Mask & Anointing with the Rose We’ll explore the self-presenting masks we wear, releasing facial tension with massage, rose elixirs, and energetic practices to help us recognize our deep, soulful beauty and radiate it. Real Conversation We will speak honestly about beauty, culture, aging, and the “wellness” narratives that quietly erode self-trust and self-esteem. Together, we examine how modern standards fracture our innate rhythm—and how to reclaim what beauty truly means as we mature. There will be space for: Vulnerability Witnessing Story Silence For every stage. For every line earned. For every becoming. Tend to beauty on your own terms. You’ll receive a special Beauty Way Care Kit from Nicole & Kimiko.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years -The Studio has 12 mats for your use but it you prefer you can bring your own. -Some classes have the option to Uplevel with a PEMF Mat rental for 15$+tx -There is a buzzer to the left of the front door for entry. -After 6pm weekdays and on Sundays parking is free on Sherbrooke St. -There is also 2 hour free parking on the East side of Prince Albert, pls check sign for exceptions. -Feel free to bring an Eye Mask for classes such as Yin Yoga, meditation, Relaxation or Kundalini Codes Activation. -Some classes include 30mins of Salt therapy during class.
