FROM DARKNESS INTO LIGHT The Solstice reminds us that light is always available. It lives within us, even in our darkest moments. Together, we will honour all that 2026 has revealed, release what is complete, and open ourselves to the extraordinary possibilities of a new cycle. This is an invitation to move from fear into love, from separation into unity, and from simply knowing ourselves as light to living as the Light with love consciousness. We are the ones we have been waiting for. I AM LUMINOUS. EVENT DETAILS THE SACRED CACAO CEREMONY with Nadine & Susan Join Nadine and Susan for a transformative three-hour journey of movement, breath, mantra, meditation, sacred cacao, and healing sound. Open the heart in gratitude, connection, and intention as we honour the wisdom of the year behind us and plant the divine seeds for the year ahead. QUANTUM FLOW & BREATH ACTIVATIONS with Nadine Move beyond all limitations and into an expanded experience of embodied consciousness. Through breath, movement, vibrational sound and stillness we alchemize and transform the darkness into light and we awaken the luminous infinite potential within. KUNDALINI YOGA & MANTRA MEDITATION with Nadine Awaken the life force, ignite your radiant body, and align with the infinite intelligence of your soul through the ancient & sacred practice of Kundalini yoga and mantra. SOUND BATH with Susan Surrender into deep rest and integration as Susan guides us through an immersive sound healing journey, allowing the body, mind, and nervous system to receive and integrate the evening's transformation. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years -The Studio has 12 mats for your use but it you prefer you can bring your own. -Some classes have the option to Uplevel with a PEMF Mat rental for 15$+tx -There is a buzzer to the left of the front door for entry. -After 6pm weekdays and on Sundays parking is free on Sherbrooke St. -There is also 2 hour free parking on the East side of Prince Albert, pls check sign for exceptions. -Feel free to bring an Eye Mask for classes such as Yin Yoga, meditation, Relaxation or Kundalini Codes Activation. -Some classes include 30mins of Salt therapy during class.
